Recap: The gangster G'odd placed his daughter, Ig'nea, among the L.E.G.I.O.N.'s new recruits, and she used her power of control to make Dox fall in love with her. Under her influence, Dox disbanded the entire organization. Dox travelled with his new love Ig'nea to her father, G'odd's planet, and Dox began to suspect that he had been manipulated. The remains of the disbanded L.E.G.I.O.N. arrived on the planet and occupied G'odd's troops while Dox hunted him down. Instead of killing him, Dox left G'odd tied up so he would become food for his own pet bird. Dox also found Ig'nea but by the time Comet arrived on the scene, she was gone. Despite breaking her influence, Dox still harbored feelings for her and apparently let her escape. Once everyone was reunited, Dox declared the L.E.G.I.O.N. reborn. The team subsequently began to rebuild on Cairn but Lady Quark and Garv mysteriously disappeared.

Synopsis: 
31st-Century Qward at the heart of the Anti-Matter Universe. A young man called Vox is in awe of his father, Lord Thalon, from whom he was cloned. This Savior of Qward is fated to bring the warring Weaponers and Thunderers together in a new age of glory, his designs set on the Multiverse itself. He has the power to do it and has recently brought the dying world back to life. They herald him a god. But old hatreds die hard and the two peoples of Qward are far from getting along. Thalon is generally disappointed with his son and thinks of getting rid of him and growing a new one, but when a Thunderer is ordered to do so and fails, he's the one at the wrong end of Thalon's energies. Except they misfire. He visits the battery that powers the planet to recharge, and we see a familiar helmet - Wildfire's - on a stand, suggesting his "god-like" powers are not really his own.

They barely won the battle, but Telepath was able to learn from their new prisoners that G'odd was responsible. Meanwhile, Dox and Ig'nea travelled to meet her father. Dox observed Ig'nea murdering her gardner and began to suspect that things may not be as they seemed. He eventually realized that he had been manipulated and started to formulate a plan. The rest of L.E.G.I.O.N. arrived on the planet and occupied G'odd's troops while Dox hunted him down. Instead of killing him, Dox left G'odd tied up so he would become food for his own pet bird. Dox also found Ig'nea but by the time Comet arrived on the scene, she was gone. Despite breaking her influence, Dox still harbored feelings for her and apparently let her escape. Recap: The gangster G'odd placed a mole in the L.E.G.I.O.N., and agents began to act more like villains than heroes. Phase attempted to deal with the blowback from member planets with no help from Vril Dox, who was focused on his romance with Ig'nea, one of the new recruits. Amid the chaos, Dox announced that he was disbanding the L.E.G.I.O.N. While the new recruits vowed to form their own organization to carry on the spirit of L.E.G.I.O.N., several of the core members came under attack while returning to base. Garv, Stealth, Telepath, and Captain Comet appeared near defeat but Comet let loose a burst of energy that knocked both them and their attackers unconscious. When they awoke, Telepath scanned one of their attackers and learned that G'odd was responsible. Meanwhile, Lady Quark, Bek, Marij'n, and Phase fended off an attack on Cairn, while Lobo recovered from his own defeat at the hands of the assassin Ice Man. Meanwhile, Dox and Ig'nea travelled to meet her father, who turned out to be the villain G'odd. Dox later observed Ig'nea murdering her gardner and began to suspect things may not be as they same. He eventually realized that he had been manipulated and started to formulate a plan.

One night Superman Museum janitor Joseph Meach was struck by a wave of energy that came from a bolt of lighting having hit a collection of statuettes representing the Legion of Super-Heroes.
