Legion Archive 3: Karl Kesel

Continuing our series on the art of The Legion of Super-Heroes Archives. The third volume boasts a rare pencil job by inker extraordinaire Karl Kesel. It's an adorable illustration that features the appeal of the Legion....eternal optimism! This makes me want to find more pencil work by the very talented Mr. Kesel.

We complete year three and head into year four, as Saturn Girl is re-elected leader. The Legion meets the Heroes of Lallor for the first time. They also meet Lone Wolf, the super-hero who will eventually become Timber Wolf and join the Legion.
