Happy Birthday, Mon-El

According to the 1976 DC Calendar, today will be the birthday of Lar Gand, better known throughout the galaxy as Mon-El.
Mon-El spent 1,000 years in the Phantom Zone until the Legion created a serum that would cure him of Lead Poisoning (it's a real thing, kids!). Eventually he will be the strongest member of the Legion of Super-Heroes as well as its Leader for two terms.
Mon-El is an Aries. Today he will present himself to those who are distracted. He shouldn't put up with it. He should turn and walk. If that doesn't get their attention, he should do something that will. He deserves to have everyone's undivided focus.
