Legion Log
The Seerons are a race of humanoids with highly advanced mental abilities who live in a separate dimension from the United Planets. They have rejected all physical action in order to pursue pleasure in life through pure thought. The Seerons have strong mental abilities such as telepathy, telekinesis, mind control, and the ability to stop time in small pockets for extended periods of time. The Seerons also have fantastic mechanical devices, such as an advanced medical bed-chair that cures all physical ailments.

However, none of these abilities or devices were able to help the Seerons defeat a horde of invading neighbors. They therefore summoned the Legion of Super-Heroes to their dimension to help them save their world. Unfortunately, the Legion squad was unable to defeat the invading horde, either. Instead, the Legion convinced the Seerons to attack their enemies head-on, hoping that they would be victorious based on the uneven stakes of ten Seerons to one invader. Eventually, the Seerons defeated their opponents and sent them back to their home world. Now more conscientious of having to maintain some type of self-defense, the Seerons returned the Legion to Earth, with their thanks.

The Seerons never reappeared, in any continuity.

After Infinite Crisis, the Seerons' original history has presumably been more or less restored.
