Warden Tsaquin made his first appearance as the first warden of the new prison planet Labyrinth. There was never any mention of his past history with the previous penal colony, Takron-Galtos, which was destroyed in the Crisis, although the assumption would be that he was at least on staff there if not directly involved in its management.

Warden Tsaquin met the Legionnaires several times, first of course when they helped move the prisoners from Takron-Galtos, and then soon after that when Labyrinth's systems went online.

Under Warden Tsaquin's management Labyrinth saw only two high-profile escapes: one was Lightning Lord's (who was aided by the Luck Lords), and the other was the Emerald Empress', who was freed by a Khund warrior who chose to be imprisoned just so he could engineer her escape.

According to this Who's Who profile, Warden Tsaquin is not a Science Police officer, but in earlier Legion stories it had been established that the SP helped run Takron-Galtos or at the very least kept a garrison on-planet for security reasons.

After the so-called Five-Year Gap, Warden Tsaquin is still in charge of Labyrinth. Roxxas escaped on his watch and went on to kill many, many people, including the Legionnaire Blok.

Tsaquin did not appear in the Reboot nor the Threeboot.

After Infinite Crisis, Warden Tsaquin's original history has presumably been more or less restored. (An appearance by the U.P. representative from Kaffar in Final Crisis: Legion of 3 Worlds has been sometimes identified as Tsaquin, but unless he had a major change of careers, it is probably a misattribution.)
