Captain Kamil Baktra was originally a pilot of cargo-crafts flying from his Dromedanian space sector to such places as Earth. However, after an economic turn-down in their star system he and his crew remained on Earth. They converted their space craft into a pseudo hover-craft and started the All Earth delivery service Cam-Ex.
Captain Baktra and his crew were delivering a secret cargo for the Sinai Federation when they were brazenly attacked and robbed. Left to flounder and sink, the crew of non-swimmers would have perished if not for the intervention of the Legion. Baktra and his crew then repaired their ship and gladly returned to their arid homeland of Dromedan without incident.
Captain Baktra did not appear during the Reboot or the Threeboot.
After Infinite Crisis, Captain Baktra's original history with the Legion has presumably been more or less restored.
