Xera appeared in only one adventure with the Legion, where none of the information found in her Who's Who profile was shared. Xera was one of the numerous prisoners of Universo, and as such she was freed when Saturn Girl, Brainiac 5, Chameleon Boy, and Dream Girl led the escape from his facility.
Xera helped the captives get through the man-made lake that was hiding Universo's brainwashing and security devices. Xera boasted that she had control over the elements, but was only ever shown "moving" water.
The uniform shown in her Who's Who profile is actually the prisoner togs she was wearing on Universo's prison planet.
Xera never reappeared, in any continuity.
After Infinite Crisis, Xera's original history has presumably been more or less restored.

That's quiet the information download. I thought she seemed interesting back when I read the story, and the entry makes me want to know more about her.
